Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of SignDoff, operated by Persie Ltd, trading as SignDoff (company number 16994731), registered in England and Wales at Office 16876, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA. By creating an account you agree to them.

What SignDoff does

SignDoff turns photos of completed work into a customer-facing report. An AI model writes a draft description of what the photos show. You review and edit every report before it is shared — nothing is sent to your customer without you choosing to send it.

Your responsibility for what you publish

You are the author of every report you share. The AI draft is a starting point and can be wrong. You must check it before sharing, and you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send to a customer.

SignDoff deliberately does not invent measurements, materials, costs, compliance statements or certifications. If a report needs any of those, you must add them yourself and you are responsible for their accuracy. SignDoff is not a substitute for any certification, inspection or sign-off your trade requires.

Registration numbers, VAT numbers, insurance cover and trade scheme memberships you add to your business profile are printed on your reports as you enter them. SignDoff does not check them; you are responsible for them being accurate and current.

When a customer confirms a report, SignDoff records that they typed their name and ticked a box confirming the work described was completed. That is a record of acknowledgement, not a qualified electronic signature, a certificate of compliance, or a waiver of either party's rights. Photo times shown as “camera clock” come from the device that took the photo and can be wrong; upload times are recorded by SignDoff.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and provide accurate details.
• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must have the right to upload the photos you upload, and to share any customer details you enter.
• Don't use SignDoff to send unsolicited mail, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Plans and payment

• Free includes 3 reports each month with SignDoff branding.
• Pro is £12/month. Business is £29/month. Both renew monthly.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to the email on your account.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service. By subscribing and using the service immediately, you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge you lose that right once the period has been supplied.

Refunds: because each month is supplied as soon as you pay, we do not refund a period that has already started. If you were charged by mistake, or charged twice, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the amount. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your content

Your photos and reports remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, process them to produce a report, and serve them to anyone you share a report link with.

Availability

We work to keep SignDoff available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for losses arising from a report you published without checking it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your reports and photos. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live. Questions: support@signdoff.com.
